Sales & Marketing Administrator

Key responsibilities will include:
   - Lead management – entering new sales leads into Sales force system and co-ordinating activities across the team (training on Sales force system will be given)
   - Quoting – reviewing and sending quotes to potential customers.  Both B2B and B2C
   - E-shot management – coordinating marketing activity and managing the lead database as well as reporting on lead KPI’s
   - Stock management – assisting in system stock movements in & out, to ensure live stock system reported daily and weekly
   - Reporting – weekly and monthly sales & lead reports
   - General administration – answering phones, filing, coordinating sales meetings
   - Ad hoc support on Finance & logistics administration work
   - Hours of work Monday – Friday 08.30am to 17.30pm

Essential requirements:
   - Fluent English written and spoken
   - Italian language skills written and spoken would be very useful
   - Studying for a relevant Masters or Degree
   - Excellent communication skills
   - Attention to detail
   - Confident and able to communicate clearly ideas & strategies
   - Strong ability to multi-task
   - Able to adapt to new situations and challenges
   - Able to work with tight deadlines
   - Pro-active and can use own initiative
   - Willingness to undertake mundane tasks for the benefit of the overall team when required
   - Outgoing, and happy personality
   - Flexible and willing to assist in other tasks as required

Desirable attributes:
   - Any previous experience in a similar role / environment would be useful
   - Additional language skills in German and/or Spanish
